WILDHORSE GOLF CLUB - TOURNAMENT ENTRY FORM

August 13, 2013 (Saturday) – 1^st tee time – 8:00 AM

FORMAT: INDIVIDUAL Medal Play Championship - Each player plays his/her own ball. Handicaps will be deducted from the gross score. Players receive full handicaps for this tournament, EXCEPT SCRATCH FLIGHT.

TEES:

SCRATCH FLIGHT – BLACK TEES – you must elect to play in the scratch flight.

ALL OTHER FLIGHTS - varying tees.

You MUST be a member of the Wildhorse NCGA Golf Club to play in this tournament. Membership applications are available at this web site and in the Pro Shop.

Entry Fee: $65 per player walking (add $5 for cart) (annual pass holders check with pro-shop)

Lunch included

Individual Prizes, closest to pin, optional skins and the like will be based on the above format.

YOU MUST ELECT TO PLAY IN THE “SCRATCH FLIGHT” – NO HANDICAPS – The club individual medal play champion will be chosen from this flight.
